And we’ve learned that many Friends wanted to get savings on breaks of their choosing, at the time they’re looking to book, rather than wait for us to send offers. We listened, and swiftly, the Friends Team was created.
What’s The Friends Team?
This new team is the first point of contact for Friends looking to book a break. They’re here to find you the best available offers on any break you’re considering while answering any questions you might have.
They have dedicated channels through which to get in touch, including a priority phone line and email inbox. While we can’t reveal those details here, you’ll unlock access to those contact details when you join this growing community of Friends!
Let’s meet Becky
Becky Teasdel joined the Sales Team at Potters in 2007, and she’ll be leading the new Friends Team, bringing her experience and knowledge to this key new role.
“I love leading this new team. Our Friends are Potters Resorts’ biggest fans. Many of them have been coming for years and years, even longer than I’ve been part of the team! I love hearing stories of their trips to Potters from decades ago.
“There are also a lot of Friends that have only recently discovered Potters, but what they all share is an excitement for getting back to see us, at Hopton-on-Sea or Five Lakes. And we’re happy to help them make those plans for more quality time together!”
Becky is joined in the team by some of our most experienced advisors, who know the Resorts like the back of their hand.
“Whether it’s juggling rooms around to meet any special requirements you have, or chatting through the specifics of each room type to get the perfect accommodation for you, sometimes, having that added knowledge under your belt makes the booking process smoother.”
