Led by experienced Team Leader, Becky Teasdel, they’re the first point of contact for Friends looking to book any break with the best available savings and answer any lingering questions you might have.

Meet Matt Church…
Matt joined the team here at Potters in January 2022. Coming from a customer service background, he has both experience and superb knowledge when it comes to making guests happy.
“I love working at Potters because every day is different. Potters has become family, and I love speaking to all guests from all aspects of life. I enjoy getting them booked for their holidays, which is always exciting for them. And when I’m in the Booking Lounge, you get to hear about the amazing time they’re having.”
Having started 2025 within the dedicated Friends Team, where members can get in touch through priority channels and enjoy exclusive savings and benefits, Matt is thriving on being able to go that extra mile.
“With a dedicated and exclusive service, we’re always talking to regulars. It’s much more personal, whether we’re chatting over new entertainment and shows, or getting their next holiday booked. Away from the office, Matt’s a keen photographer and loves getting out early to capture the sunrises on Norfolk’s beaches. Despite the early starts, he also captains his darts team. “It’s a great way to socialise with friends and have fun, even if we’re only hitting the 1s and 5s!”
