From Indoor Bowls to Short Mat and Carpet Bowls, we offer a wide range of popular tournaments throughout the year. Some are exclusive to specific resorts, so book early to secure your spot!

Each tournament promises friendly competition, fun with lifelong friends, and the chance to make new ones. Tournaments are included in your break unless stated otherwise, but be sure to register when booking as schedules are arranged in advance.

Indoor Bowls - Fours

Both Resorts

Gather your team of four for at least three exciting games during your Midweek break. Each game can last up to 90 minutes, with the top teams advancing to the knockout stages

Exclusive to Five Lakes

Play with a team of three and enjoy at least three games across your Midweek break. Each game can last up to 90 minutes, with the best teams will move forward to the knockout rounds.

Partner up and compete in at least three games during your Midweek break. Each game can last up to 90 minutes, with the best teams competing in the knockout stages.

Short Mat Bowls

Both Resorts

Played on a surface around 45-feet long and 6-feet wide with obstacles including a block in the middle and a ditch at either end, you'll compete in Triples and Knockout Pairs formats.

Carpet Bowls

Exclusive to Hopton-on-Sea

Played on a surface around 30-feet long and 6-feet wide, with the an 18-inch circular block in the middle of the mat. These breaks feature Pairs and Fours competitions that are free-to-enter.
