Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.

2. Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Potters Resorts, its group companies, their family members or anyone else connected to the competition.

3. This competition is promoted by Potters Resorts. Entrants may share this information on social media platforms but this by no means implies that this competition is endorsed, promoted, administered, sponsored or in any way associated with any company other than Potters Resorts.

4. Registration into the competition signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our website’s cookie policy.

5. Competition prize cannot be used against an existing booking.

6. Potters Resorts reserves the right to withdraw, amend or change this competition at any time and without prior notice.

7. The competition prize will include full board dining, drinks throughout the stay, accommodation and use of sport and leisure facilities and entertainment for two people.

8. This competition requires full names and email addresses to be submitted to ensure a valid entry.

9. Winners will be notified by email and will need to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours or a new winner will be redrawn.

10. By registering for this competition you are giving permission to Potters Resorts to email you with an email to inform you if you have won, or if not, who the winner is. You can unsubscribe from these email communications at any time, but please be aware that if you enter a future competition, you would not be contactable.

12. Competition is governed by English law.

13. Potters Resorts full booking terms and conditions apply.

14. The prize is a choice of 3 or 4 Night Break in 2025 at either of our resorts at Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea or Five Lakes for two adult guests. The prize is for the lowest available grade of accommodation on that break. The winner cannot select breaks including 23rd, 27th or 30th December 2025 at either resort. This prize is non-transferable and carries no cash value equivalent.
