Pre-Arrival Information
Hello and welcome to Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea! We are excited to have you join us for your upcoming fully inclusive break. Here are some important details to know ahead of your stay with us. As the lead name on your booking, please share this important information with everyone in your party.
Before you arrive, some important pre-arrival questions...
1. Do you need to tell us about any additional dietary requirements or special assistance that you didn't already mention at the time of booking?
2. Does anyone in your party rely on medical equipment that requires continuous power through the night?
3. Has anyone in your party felt unwell with symptoms that could be communicable to other guests and team members, within 2 days of your arrival?
If your answer to any of the above is "Yes" then please call us on 0333 3207 414 at your earliest convenience and before the day of your arrival so our team can help.
If you have cold symptoms, we recommend you take a Lateral Flow Test on the morning of your arrival (before setting off on your journey to Resort).
How To Find Us
Our address is Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea, Coast Road, Hopton-on-Sea, Norfolk, NR31 9BX. We have a full list of instructions for getting to our Norfolk resort here.
Arrival at Resort / Check In
On arrival, please head to Reception to collect your welcome packs, resort information, and directions to the car park nearest your accommodation.
Why not start your break with a delicious two-course lunch? Served from 12:30pm to 2pm (last orders at 1:30pm), pre-book for just £14.95 per person (£19.95 on the day, subject to availability). To reserve, call our friendly sales team on 0333 3207 414.
From 2pm, join us for the Garden Party in the Garden Bar. This lively event is the perfect way to kick off your break.
At 3pm, enjoy our fully inclusive drinks offer and collect your accommodation keys from Reception.
Important InformationAny parties arriving with children on adult-only breaks, where all guests must be 18 or older, will be asked to leave, with a loss of all monies paid.

Departure
As your fully inclusive break draws to a close, we kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10am and depart the Resort by 12pm on your day of departure. Please return your keys to Reception or drop them off at the Gatehouse as you leave.

Rebooking for 2026
SWISH 2026 at Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea is due to commence on 20th - 23rd February 2026. Please note there is gender control in place for next year's break.
If you haven’t already, visit cerocescape.com/swish-2 to complete an online booking form or join the waiting list.
During your break you can speak with our friendly advisors to re-book or discuss payment for SWISH 2026. Please visit the Booking Lounge between 9am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday and from 9am on Monday morning.
Aphrodite Beauty Studio
Indulge in relaxation on your break, where our skilled team offers a range of luxurious treatments and products designed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Explore our treatment options on our website or call us on 01502 734343 to secure your appointment. Our calendar fills quickly, so we recommend pre-booking to ensure your preferred time.
The Hair Studio
Treat yourself during your break with a visit to the hairdresser, Caroline. With 30 years of hairstyling experience, she works on all hair types creating trendy looks and timeless styles. Book early to avoid disappointment, call us on 01502 735100.
Dietaries & Allergens
If you haven’t already done so, to ensure we cater to the dietary needs of your party, including gluten-free or any allergies, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
After arriving on resort, we kindly ask that you visit our Restaurant Team from 2pm to 5pm to discuss specific requirements with our chefs.
Your break programme, included in the Welcome Pack you’ll receive at check-in, contains all the details of mealtimes.

Accommodation
We ask that you please check that you’re happy with your room configuration as it appears on your booking confirmation. If you’d like to update your preferred type of bed (double or twin), please contact us at your earliest convenience.
All our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind and include an en-suite bathroom, a TV with Freeview channels, tea and coffee-making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. For more information on what’s included in your specific accommodation grade, please visit our accommodation page.
We provide a daily housekeeping service (excluding Bungalows on Sundays). However, if you prefer your accommodation not to be serviced during your stay, kindly inform Reception as soon as possible after your arrival.
Should you opt out of housekeeping but need fresh towels, toiletries, or a top-up of tea, coffee, or sugar, these can be collected from Reception or delivered directly to your accommodation upon request.
Activities
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a detailed programme showcasing the wide range of entertainment, sports, and activities available throughout your stay. Simply arrive on time at the venues detailed for your chosen activities.
Equipment for the following non-instructor-led activities can be collected from the Sports Kiosk: Badminton, Pickleball, Short Tennis, Tennis, Snooker, Darts, Bowls, Pétanque & Table Tennis.
The Sports Kiosk opens at 1pm on arrival days and 9am on all other days.
Equipment & PreparationWe recommend bringing your own equipment for any sports you wish to enjoy. If this isn’t possible, we’ll provide equipment, thoroughly cleaned after each use. Additionally, with so much outdoor space to explore, consider bringing comfortable footwear and suitable clothing for walking or outdoor activities. Closed shoes are required for certain activities.
Bingo ParticipationIf you’re between 18 and 25, please bring valid identification, such as a photocard driving licence, passport, or proof of age card with the PASS hologram. These measures ensure compliance with legal requirements and support responsible gambling practices.

Enjoying a Drink
Your fully inclusive drinks offering begins at 3pm on your arrival day and is available from 8:30am on each full day of your break until the bars close. On departure day, it runs from 8:30am until 10:30am.
During your break, drinks can be enjoyed at the following locations:
• The Garden Bar and Bowlers Bar: Table service is available at designated ordering points, where your drinks will be delivered to your table.
• The Atlas Theatre: Drinks for evening entertainment can be ordered directly from the Atlas Bar.
• Water: We’ve installed water stations on resort, providing fresh, UV-sterilised and filtered water. You’ll find convenient paper cups at the stations and are welcome to bring your own water bottle to fill up. Alternatively, you can pick up a Potters Resorts reusable water bottle, available at cost price from our Pop-In-Shop or Reception.
Bingo and DrinksDuring afternoon bingo, please ensure you’ve ordered and received your drinks from a designated ordering point before heading to the Atlas Theatre. For evening bingo, drinks can be ordered directly from the Atlas Bar.
Important Age PolicyIf you’re between 18 and 25, please bring valid identification, such as a photocard driving licence, passport, or proof of age card with the PASS hologram. For convenience, guests can have their ID verified at Reception upon arrival for the duration of their stay.
Our Drinks PolicyWhile our breaks include drinks, we welcome guests who value the safe surroundings, inclusive entertainment, delicious food, activities, sports, and leisure facilities that Potters Resorts offers.
We promote responsible drinking and do not include:• Drinks with ultra-high alcohol content (e.g., shots and liqueurs)
• Highly caffeinated energy drinks
Our team is trained to recognise and address excessive drinking and may refuse service to anyone overindulging. Above all, we encourage you to relax, enjoy a drink responsibly with friends and loved ones, and most importantly, have fun!

Now that we’ve shared the essential details for your break, we trust you’ll enjoy a wonderful stay with us on the beautiful Norfolk coast. Here are a few additional tips to make your visit as smooth as possible.
Reception
Our Reception is open daily from 8am to 10pm and can be contacted by calling 01502 734340. For assistance outside these hours, you can contact our Security Team at 07810 266588 or use the yellow emergency phones located around the Resort. Please refer to your resort map to see where they are located.
Pop-in-Shop
Open every day from 8am to 8pm, our Pop-In-Shop offers a delightful selection of gifts and essentials you may have forgotten to pack.
Palms Health and Fitness Club
Our swimming pools and gym facilities are open daily from 7:45am to 7:30pm, except on Mondays and Fridays, when we open at 9:45am. Swimming towels are available from the Palms reception desk for your convenience.

EV Charging Facilities
We offer four EV charging points conveniently located near The South Terrace. Please bring your own charging cable to connect. Simply check the displayed kWh price before connecting and pay via contactless at the charging point. Once your vehicle has finished charging, kindly move it to a designated car park to allow other guests to use the facility.
